I recently had a very good stay at a hotel in Pondicherry. The hotel is located in the center of the city, making it a great choice for exploring the area. The prices were reasonable, considering the value for money offered. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with all basic facilities provided. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.

Very noisy at night and at early morning due to staff bad behaviour and noisy youngster alcoholized tourists Impossible to spleep more than 4 hours. Hotel recepcion does not exist, is the street, so, to wait and stay you must do in a crwoded street. They made pay the room 100% in advance. Never again...

The place was very clean, very GOOD rooms. Some of great tourist attractions like french war memorial were near to the hotel.

The noise from outside was disturbing, not enough towels provided, and the room was small. , there was no extra mattress provided when requested.

The location of the hotel is a major advantage as it is near to all major tourist attractions. It is quite close to the rock beach, perfect for an evening stroll. it is very near to the promenade beach, providing easy access to the beautiful coastline. the staff is friendly and welcoming, making guests feel comfortable.

Some guests have mentioned slow service as an issue, which could be improved.

We had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel near Rock beach in this city. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all major tourist attractions and very near to the beach. Additionally, there were plenty of shopping places nearby, making it convenient for us to explore and shop. The breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious, and we enjoyed a nice view from the rooftop breakfast area. the hotel facilities and transportation options were great, enhancing our experience in this city.

Perfectly situated in the city center, close to plenty of shops and restaurants. the breakfast was well prepared and the rooftop view added an extra touch of charm. the staff was very cooperative, providing us with all our needs when requested.

The Wi-Fi was bad in our room and the bathroom had no water heater. the room was not comfortable enough and did not meet our expectations for the price paid.
